Danish authorities allow tourists to fly drones under Civil Aviation Administration Denmark (CAA-DK/SLV) regulations. The CAA-DK has issued a series of regulations for drone flight operations. Some highlights of these regulations are as follows:

Keep your aircraft away from other UAVs
Pilots must be 18 years of age
Check the local aviation authority's website and review all necessary rule and regulations before flying
Fly below the altitude of 120 m
Operators must keep aircraft within their line of sight while flying
