“The decision that changed everything.”

In March of 2013 I was looking forward to be financially independent and I found the DJI Phantom, so I decided to invest in one to create an aerial cinematography business with the name of Postandfly. I started to practice because I've never flown any RC or UAV device before the phantom. I started to dominate the quad very fast. Two months later I had my first job opportunity, so before the shooting, I went to the location where it was going to be and I made some shots with my Phantom. The place was a landmark of México City so I made a short video of my shots and upload it to Vimeo and Youtube. The video had a very good response, that's when I realized that the best way to promote my business was creating videos of beautiful places of Mexico. Six months later after I bought the phantom I quit the job that I had. Nowadays I have worked with many clients of all kind of industries. I made a very successful spot of the mexican region “Huasteca Potosina”. My content project "Exploring Mexico" is growing very fast. Today I have more than 50 videos of México. Just a few days ago I was the winner of the “Audience Choice Award” in the "NYC Drone Film Festival” with my short “Mexico City International Airport from Above”. This video was actually commissioned by the Mexican Aerospace Navigation Service, which is Mexico’s equivalent to the FAA. This is one of the first times that a drone is granted to fly in an International Airport. Today I am sure that one of the best decisions of my life was to buy a Phantom. I only use DJI platforms to produce my videos and works. So yeah! DJI was the decision that changed everything.
