Important Notice Regarding Fraudulent Emails To Purchase DJI Shares

It has come to our attention that fraudulent emails, purporting to be from DJI, are directing recipients to purchase DJI shares via a NASDAQ Private Market Program. Please be advised that DJI is a private company and our shares are not available for sale on the public market.

If you receive an email from 'noreply-corpdev@dji.com' or any other email addresses asking you to purchase DJI shares, please be aware that this is fraudulent. DJI does not operate such an email account and the origin address appears to have been forged.

If you've enrolled into this program or have come in contact with the sender using this email address, we recommend you report it to your local law enforcement agency immediately.

DJI reserves the right to take legal action against any fraudulent act and unauthorized use of its company name, logos and trademarks.
